Louisiana Answers

If you are an adult living with a disability, a senior citizen, a caregiver, or someone concerned about an adult who needs assistance, please call 1 (800) 833-9883 or visit Louisiana Answers. Louisiana Answers assists older adults, individuals with disabilities, their family members, and caregivers in finding information about long-term support and services.

Acadian on Call

Acadian on Call is a personal emergency response system. PCCOA has an agreement with Acadian Monitoring Service to be a referral agency, which allows a discounted rate of service. Acadian on Call provides mobile and home medical alarms for seniors.
